Middies Scored Six in Win over Hillers

DRACUT, MA. -
Senior Sarah Dahlinger scored three goal and Jen Fontaine added two goals and 2 assist has the Dracut High School Girls Soccer rolled to a 6 - 0 victory over Haverhill.
This is the second game in a row in which Dahlinger has scored two or more goals. She now has 12 goals on the season.
Dahlingher put Dracut on the board first with a goal 7 minutes into the game with an assist from Fontaine. Five minutes later Fontaine found the back of the net with an assist from Kacie McGlasson.
Freshman Catherine Nickerson scored the last goal in the first half with 2 minutes remaining. The Hillers really never threaten to score in the half.
Fontaine had the lone goal in the second half with an assist from freshman Tina Body.
Sophomore keeper Micheala Anthony made 4 saves for her fourth shutout of the season.
Playing well for the Middies were Amanda Stafford, Sue Kelly, Lauren O'Donnell, Nichole Masse and Kaley Moore.
The Middies will return to action Thursday night when they visit Lowell, game time is 7:00 p.m.
